Product Description
Dispersion strengthened copper alloy, also known as aluminum oxide copper (Cu-Al2O3), is an excellent material with high strength and high conductivity. Due to the dispersion strengthening effect of nanoscale Al2O3 on the matrix copper, this alloy has high strength, high hardness, high conductivity, and high softening temperature. During the welding process, the electrode life is more than 5 times that of ordinary red copper, chromium zirconium copper, chromium copper, and zirconium copper electrodes. When welding coated metal, electrodes are not easily deformed, do not adhere, have small contact sparks, do not blacken, have beautiful solder joints, and have no obvious dents. This shows its strong welding performance advantages and is currently an excellent electrode material.
Product features:
1. The structure is stable without phase transformation. High yield strength and tensile strength.
2. High hardness at room temperature, with a small decrease in hardness as temperature increases, and good creep resistance at high temperatures.
3. High thermal and electrical conductivity. Excellent processing performance.
4. The softening temperature is as high as 930 ℃, which is relatively high in copper alloys, but lower than tungsten copper.
5. Conductivity up to 85% IACS, heat dissipation performance between tungsten copper (220 W/m.k) and pure copper (390 W/m-k).
6. The hardness exceeds HRB 84, with high strength, good fatigue and wear resistance. It is welded galvanized steel plate, nickel plated plate, and nickel strip.
