Saneway Microelectronics was founded by Jiang Guosheng, professor of the School of Materials, Central South University. As early as 2000, the company's tungsten copper electronic packaging material became the first in China. The product has won the second prize of the National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award and the Hunan Provincial Technology Invention Award (first prize), and has been rated as a national key new product.
